House One (Manhattan)

Manhattan is directly on Lake George, this is the perfect house to catch the sun throughout the day. Manhattan has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, featuring a view from every window in this house, it sleeps 6 and has central air and heat.

Manhattan features a sun deck with a dining table, a large sofa, a fire pit, multiple chaise lounges, and multiple large adjustable sun umbrellas. The main floor features a chef-inspired kitchen, equipped with a double oven, gas stove, and a sub-zero refrigerator, this kitchen is every chef’s dream.

The master suite is where you will wake up every morning to spectacular views in the king bed, looking at the lake. The fully custom master suite includes a walk-in closet that flows into the bath with double vanities, a washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower. 

The lower floor is equipped with two queen bedrooms with one featuring an ensuite bathroom. Also on the lower level is a second bathroom. Take in the beautiful views of Lake George while playing a game of pool or enjoying the outdoor hot tub.  Just off the lower level is a patio that features comfortable seating for both dining and relaxing.
